Frequently asked
Is Vobbl free?
Yes. Vobbl is free to download and use. An optional Pro subscription adds extra features.
Does it work offline on the water?
Partly. Without signal you can log catches and save spots: they are stored on your phone and sync the next time you are online. Fish, lure and knot guides work offline too. The bite forecast, weather, lakes catalog and angler feed need an internet connection. GPS itself works without internet; if it is off, set the catch location by long-pressing the map.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free account keeps your logbook backed up and synced across devices. Sign in with Google or Apple in one tap.
Can other people see my spots?
Not unless you want them to. The exact location of a catch is hidden by default; you decide what to share.
Pounds and inches, or kilograms and centimeters?
Both. Switch between imperial and metric units in Settings.
Which phones does it run on?
Vobbl is on Google Play now. The iPhone version is coming soon to the App Store.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
Everything about your data is in our privacy policy.
